How do I get started?

It's easy! At CrossFit® Maximum we make it a breeze to get you started on your CrossFit® journey, one that will most likely change your life for the better. Remember, regardless of your ability and skill level, age, body shape and size, we have a plan suited just for you. The workouts will be challenging, but they will also be fun and very rewarding.

Step 2

Fundamentals

All new members to CrossFit® must complete this course that will safely introduce you to the movements and intensity that we use on a daily basis. You will learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit®, and you will also gain a basic understanding of self-care and mobility.

Step 3

Regular Classes

Once you completed the Fundamentals course, we would encourage you to participate in the regular classes as a fellow member!
